Why "Vulpini"
Vulpine: relating to the fox. An animal associated, in nearly every tradition, with the same quality — a watchful gaze, hard to fool, that spots patterns where others see only loose numbers. That's the posture we aim to bring to every engagement.
The rigor the function requires — not what's left over after it.
Accounting, auditing and forensic accounting aren't generic services: they are regulated functions that require an active CRC registration, continuous updating on accounting, tax and forensic standards, and technical independence from whoever is being evaluated.
That standard — the minimum required to perform the function seriously, not a marketing differentiator — is what Vulpini applies to every deliverable: no conclusion without documented evidence, no opinion without a clear methodology.
That standard is now applied to companies, to residential and commercial condominiums, and to legal proceedings that require independent forensic accounting.

Three principles, no exceptions.
Independence
We don't prepare the accounts we also audit. When the work is a review, it's carried out by someone with no stake in the outcome.
Clarity
A technical opinion only has value if it can be understood by someone who isn't an accountant — a property manager, a resident or a partner.
Evidence
Every conclusion comes with the document that supports it. Without that, it isn't an audit — it's an opinion.
